Topic: #Take care of yourself

Is menstruation still a taboo? It doesn’t have to be like this! In this workshop we will explore the facts and myths about the menstrual cycle and discover how we can contribute to the dignity of the menstrual cycle. Together we can end stigma and promote a more open and healthy conversation about this topic.
