Referees appointed for Round 14, with focus on Braga and Benfica

Joao Pinheiro will be in the big match of the tournament’s first round after the World Cup in Qatar.

On Thursday, the Arbitration Board of the Portuguese Football Association released the referees appointed for the 14th round of the tournament, which is the first after the suspension of the World Cup in Qatar.

Joao Pinheiro will officiate the big game of the tour, which pits Braga and Benfica head-to-head. Thiago Martins has been selected to welcome FC Porto to Arouca and Antonio Nobre will be at Sporting Pacos de Ferreira.
