The State Department of Public Health (Sespa) reports on the health services performance of its associated units on December 24 and 25.
A specialized camp reference unitSpecialized Reference Units (URES) Reduto, Presidente Vargas, Demétrio Medrado, Marcello Cândia, Uremia and Uredipe will not work. The psychosocial care centers (caps) of the first and second types, which are linked to Sespa, will not have service, but Caps Grão Pará, the third type, will maintain a 24-hour emergency service.
Managed by Sespa, the Pedreira core unit, in Belém, will operate both days only with 24-hour ER and emergency service.
The Center for Integrated Inclusion and Rehabilitation (CIIR) and the Metropolitan Polyclinics in Belém and Lago de Tocoroy will not open for outpatient care. The Polyclínica dos Caetés in Cabanema will operate on a demand basis to assist dialysis patients.
Uremia does not work at ChristmasState hospitals will operate on a demand basis to provide assistance to patients in hospitals and for urgent and emergency cases, according to the service reference files. In the case of Maraju Regional General Hospital (HRPM), in Brevis, the shift for the dialysis service will also be maintained.
