the Public Service Users Movement She fears that more than 320,000 people registered in health centres will be excluded from the lists because their complete data was not available upon registration.

the renaissanceCecilia Sales says the National Health Service (NHS) is being called into question. “This way of working has been going on for decades,” she accuses.

In particular, the movement’s spokesperson points out that there are many elderly users who do not have access to information and are far from urban centres.

“These situations are sure to cause confusion and inconvenience. But it is sad inside the country because it destroys people’s lives. “Going to the nearest hospital or local unit is the end of the matter,” he says.

Also for renaissanceThe head of the central administration of the health system, André Trindade, ensures that this is not an operation to eliminate user registration.

“Users have never been deleted or removed from the national user registry,” he explains. “Ultimately, what we are trying to do is improve the data. In fact, as the initiative itself says, in order to make the social networking services system closer.”

There are 323,000 users at stake who do not have complete data in the National User Register, a mandatory requirement to maintain active registration in primary health care.

Starting tomorrow, Wednesday, users who have incomplete forms will be notified to go to health centers to fill in the missing data.

Notifications will be sent via SMS and/or email, although not all users have a registered mobile phone or email. In total, only 80% of users will be reached.

Andre Trindade assumes that “of these 323,000 records, 265,000 users will be notified. Why? We only have email or cell phone information for 265,000 users.”

Therefore, the head of the central administration of the health system alerts users to check their status at the health center. He adds that there is no time limit for updating the data, but stresses that it is appropriate for this to happen within a short period of time.

It should be remembered that within one year, about 200 thousand people were removed from the lists of health centers for the same reason.
