In the complaint, the campaign’s legal center denounced the transfer of the former president’s main PAC to the Super PAC — with the intent of spending millions of dollars to influence elections, including Trump’s 2024 campaign — as a “blatant attempt.” Restrictions on federal funding, which the organization considers “critical” to prevent acts of corruption.
