Finally, the document specifies the accreditation of aircraft with a view to allowing foreign nationals in Portugal to return to their respective countries until promoted by competent authorities in those countries.
The resolution emphasizes that all passengers, except children under 12 years of age, must present proof of laboratory effectiveness of the Nucleic Acid Multiplication Test (TAAN) or rapid test of antigen before boarding. (TRAg) to screen with a negative result for SARS-CoV-2 infection, done within 72 or 48 hours of departure, respectively.
