The UK supports a girls’ education program in Tanzania

Oh The United Kingdom will contribute financially to the Shule Bora Education Program (“Quality Education”), which is specifically targeted at women and children with disabilities or children living in disadvantaged areas.

“Unfortunately, women are often left behind, which is why our priority is to educate girls, which makes the world a safer and more prosperous place for all of us,” Ford was quoted as saying in a statement.

The UK has plans for cooperation with Tanzania in the defense and justice sectors and wants to explore investment opportunities in the country.
