Overwatch 2 director Aaron Keller is unconcerned with the torrent of negative feedback the game receives once it’s available on Steam where players can voice their opinions.

With over 150,000 player reviews on Steam, only $9 positive, Overwatch 2 has become the worst game ever on Valve’s digital platform, something its director isn’t worried about.

Keller she says that “Being bombarded with negative reviews isn’t a fun experience, but it’s nice to see so many new players jump into Overwatch 2 for the first time. Our goal with Overwatch 2 is to make the game more accessible to more people than ever before.”

“Many reviews on Steam cite the cancellation of the much larger PvE component announced in 2019 as one of the main reasons for discontent with the game. I understand that. This announcement was for an ambitious project that we ended up not delivering on.”

Keeler says they can only continue to improve the game, expand the content with new heroes, events, maps, missions, missions, game modes, and evolve to keep innovating and making the game fun.
