Giant Tesla is increasing its network of superchargers. According to the latest numbers, Elon Musk has reached 9,000 Superchargers in Europe.

Although the number of Superchargers is increasing a lot throughout Europe, where Portugal is located, the Tesla charging network in our country has not grown.

One advantage of Tesla cars is that they can exclusively use their own network of chargers, Superchargers. Spread in many locations, it allows for faster shipping of these cars.

According to the latest figures from the electric car giant, there are more than 35,000 charging units in the world. In Europe alone there are 9,000 charging points, divided into 800 charging stations. Of the 800 stations in Europe, 250 actually allow charging of any vehicle.

The growth of charging points has occurred in all 30 European countries in which the brand is represented, but Portugal has not followed this trend, as Tesla has been prevented from opening more charging points due to national regulations.
