The former nightlife venue Bib’Ofir, in Esposende, which closed about five years ago, is on the way to decline, as evidenced by images revealed this week on social networks.

The photos have been posted to a host of “ghost places” around the world and have already racked up hundreds of shares and comments.

It is possible to see in the pictures the main entrance being reclaimed by vegetation, which is a typical picture of abandoned buildings all over the world. You can also see tickets with free drinks for concerts, like the case of Anselmo Ralph, which may have been held in the last 10 years.

Some satanic symbols have been painted on the walls, most of the glass is broken and all the remaining furniture seems to have been toppled over, as if there was a bullfight or a heavy metal concert going on, as opposed to the typical Latin sound or electronic. which the space has thrived on over several years.

In 2019, even before the pandemic that ended many businesses of this nature, the owner group decided not to open the disco, and applied to O MINHO that there was a possibility of building a hotel there, a wish that, apparently, never came to fruition.
