Stray is the big debut of the week in the United Kingdom, after a digital version in July, it got a physical version last week, making it the 3rd best selling physical game.
Despite being available on PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium, not forgetting that the physical version comes several months after the digital version, Stray still managed to remain in the top 3 best sellers.
Splatoon 3 remained at No. 1 for a third week in a row, despite a 44% drop in sales, while Mario Kart 8 Deluxe came in at No. 2 to help bring the number of Nintendo games to 3 of the Top 5.
The list contains 5 games that you can only play on Nintendo Switch and only 3 games that cannot be played on this console. A strong example of the popularity of Nintendo’s console in the UK is seen around the world.
Square Enix’s The Dewfield Chronicle was the week’s other big debut, landing at number 17 on the bestseller list in stores.
