Later, he also highlighted his profession: “I work in the middle, I don’t feel like I am in the middle. These are different things. I didn’t realize it for a long time and it makes such a big difference in importance that I started giving to things I don’t like or dislike.”

The actress also talked about her routine. “Not going [a trabalhar]On a quiet day, I allow myself to wake up a little later. When I’m not working – which it has recently – I meditate, stretch, do a little yoga, drink water with lemon and turmeric, drink some tea and go for a workout. I come back from training and have breakfast/lunch. Then I see the emails and all that can be done about other side projects, stuff from home, logistics and the like. I try to eat dinner as soon as possible. I watch a series or a movie, read a little and go to bed. ”
