When the heat gets too much, we tend to jump in the car and head to the Algarve or catch a flight to a paradise destination. Celebrities are no exception – and many of them are on vacation. Just scroll through Instagram and you’ll surely see a Portuguese celebrity sunbathing on the beach or by the pool.
It seems that the vast majority chose the Algarve this year. (Although summer is not over yet and they still have time to go, of course.) This is the case of the Patrocinio clan, Ana Garcia Martins, known as A Pipoca Mais Doce, and even Fernanda Serrano, who took the opportunity to go to Zoomarine to swim with dolphins.
There were also those who resided in Portuguese territory, but chose other places for rest. Catarina Gouveia stayed in Braga, having taken the opportunity to visit the luxury hotel Maison Albar Amoure. Fatima Lopes is now recharging her batteries in Alentejo, as is Daniela Melchior.
Outside the country we have several options: Portuguese designer Gonçalo Peixoto went to Italy, specifically to the island of Capri, João Baião succumbed to the charms of the Turks and Caicos Islands, after a visit to Las Vegas, and SIC presenter Raquel Sampaio went to Greece.
