Santander Consumer Finance and Stellantis Financial Services now finance all Stellantis brand vehicles (Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Citroën, Dodge, DS, Fiat, Jeep, Lancia, Maserati, Opel, Peugeot and Ram) in eight European countries.
The partnership between the companies, effective since April 3, covers the markets of Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Spain. This has been authorized by the competition authorities of the respective countries.
Santander Consumer Finance adds a large number of auto brands to its existing captive financing business (in credit, fixed-term appointments, and individual leases and leases).
The financial entity expects to reach €40 billion of Stellantis’ brand portfolio by 2026, which would represent an increase of about 30% compared to the closed value in 2022.
