Another problem, the owners of “Robotasia” point out, is that Emmy, who has an interactive function that allows her to answer customer questions, speaks a lot and in a weird way because she created just like her “peers”. Japanese and English, in the most developed dialogue, are not very accurate. This function had to be disabled already, otherwise the robot would not finish delivering to the customer and would be “talking” all the time.
On the other hand, when it comes to an employee’s activities, robots are very rare. They can serve food on plates, but they can not clean the tables or check if a person is old enough to drink.
