He himself confirmed this in an interview given to the 'Good Morning America' program that aired last Friday.
“Through these families [que conhece nos Invictus Games] I see the strength of a united family every day. I think any illness brings families closer together,” he highlighted.
He later noted: “I've got other trips planned where I have to go or go back to the UK so I'm going to see my family as much as I can.”
Last week, The Times reported that the Duke of Sussex was ready to go back to an 'institution' and run activities before he decided to live independently.
