Vince McMahon returned to WWE earlier this year to try to sell his company, but some have indicated his role could go beyond that.
While the “eternal” owner of WWE is said to be asking for a fortune for the company, Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp points out that there are Superstars who believe Vince McMahon is also back on the creative team.
The journalist claimed that at least one WWE fighter told him that Vince McMahon had indeed returned to the company’s creative team, but Shawn Ross-Sapp also confirmed that he was unable to confirm this statement.
To be honest, Vince McMahon wouldn’t want to have a secondary role in WWE’s creative team, so we’ll see if this situation is confirmed, or the Superstar is simply wrong.
However, the journalist later said that a source within WWE told him that these rumors were “unfounded”.
