Two weeks after the Japanese Grand Prix, the MotoGP Championship returns this weekend for another round. From Friday until Sunday, Mandalika Circuit will host the various motorcycle categories of the Indonesian Grand Prix.
In Japan, Jorge Martin dominated the weekend, winning the sprint race and the Sunday race. In Moto3, Jaume Masia triumphed in Motegi, while Somkiat Chantra imposed himself in Moto2.
Regarding timing, the event begins at dawn and ends in the early morning, according to Portuguese time. It will be Moto3 that will kick off the celebrations, followed by Moto2 and finally MotoGP. The on-track action starts on Friday at 2am (Portugal time), with free Moto3 practice. The last session of the day (MotoGP practice) starts at 8am and ends at 9am.
On Saturday, more practice will take place, as well as qualifying and a MotoGP race. MotoGP qualifying starts at 3:50am, Moto3 qualifying at 5:50am and Moto2 qualifying at 6:45am. Racing starts at 8 a.m. Saturday. Sunday is race day, but before that we will have a moto warm-up practice, starting at 3:40am. Races take place at 5:00 a.m. (Moto 3), 6:15 a.m. (Moto 2), and 8:00 a.m. (Moto GP).
