Three flu deaths have been confirmed in the past week, according to the epidemiological bulletin of the SES (State Health Department). The report was released this morning, Monday (10), on the health monitoring portal.

According to the file, two children between the ages of 0 and 9 and an elderly man over the age of 80 are the first victims of respiratory syndrome this year. According to the bulletin, 1,640 cases of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) were reported between March 27 and April 3.

To date, there are 44 confirmed cases of the disease, eight cases of influenza A and 36 cases of influenza B. Four people have been diagnosed with H1N1 and four cases have not been classified.

It is the municipality of Kurumba, located 428 kilometers from the capital, that records the most hospital admissions, 16 of them in the last week alone. Campo Grande has already registered eight patients hospitalized in medical beds. 51.2% of SARS cases were male, with 840 reported.

capital – As I mentioned Campo Grande NewsMore than 5,000 medical consultations have been carried out in the referring units for mild cases of dengue fever and influenza, Sissao (Municipal Health Department) reported. According to the volume, the number reflects two days of service with a new flow of operations in USFs (Family Health Units).

According to the Coordination Report of the Primary Care Network (CRAB), 1,158 consultations were given to patients with respiratory diseases. Already 1316 of these cases represent children between the ages of 0 and 12.

It is worth noting that since last week, 15 family health units have fully adopted the service flow on automatic demand, that is, without the need for scheduling.

The service is carried out Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., excluding holidays, at the following units: Clínica da Família Iracy Coelho, Clínica da Família Portal Caiobá, Clínica da Família Nova Lima, USF Batistão, USF Coophavila, USF Itamaracá USF Noroeste, USF Jardim Presidente, USF Moreninha, USF Oliveira, USF Paulo Coelho Machado, USF Santa Emília, USF Serradinho, USF Tiradentes, and USF Vida Nova.
