Leroy Merlin has announced an update to its employee benefits, specifically its vacation policy, offering employees the possibility to take up to 30 days of rest and recharge.
From this year onwards, in addition to the 22 days established by law, employees will have three additional rest days, which will be distributed during the holiday seasons, with one day during the carnival, one on Christmas or New Year, and an additional day on each employee’s birthday. . In addition, the two additional days stipulated in the collective labor agreement will also be provided, making a total of 27 rest days.
In addition to the 27 days, the company also provides employees with access to three additional days of rest. These days can be deducted from salary, but will be used as regular rest days, providing additional flexibility for employees to manage their rest time according to their individual needs.
