“I see my determination in my son”

Cristina Ferreira makes an exception and talks about her 15-year-old son, Tiago, a teenager about to enter his 10th year who is protected at all costs by TVI’s Director of Fiction and Entertainment from the “light of fame”. Speaking to our newspaper, the caller highlighted the young man’s personality and how he should not be left “under his wing” for the upcoming holidays.

“I have to go to Alentejo and the rest is yet to be decided. My son will go with me if he wants to!”, the announcer began joking. “I will take the opportunity to be with Thiago, because he has just finished school and exams,” he noted.

The teenager, like any young man, really wants to go out, but always under the watchful eye of his mother: “He starts going to a little party, to go with his friends to the beach during the week, but he still has to go with his mother. I also go with my parents and I report from Age 45. If a mother doesn’t control a 15-year-old, she’s in very bad shape!”

Cristina Ferreira guarantees that it does not affect Thiago “at all”. “You have to decide which area you will choose now, and I will give you complete freedom. Who should choose,” he said, recalling that the psychological-technical tests he underwent indicated two areas he was destined for.

And mom’s advice? “He descends on me. He is able to ask, but decisions are made for him. I also took my house without my parents getting involved, that is, when I changed schools and went to a different area.”
