How do doctors and health professionals request exemption from car rotation in SP? | Services

The procedure for the rotation exemption for health professionals entered into force on January 19 and ends on Monday (2/28) – due to the extended leave, the procedure will expire until March 2 automatically.

The suspension of rotation applies to residents of the metropolitan metropolitan area who work in private or public health services at the municipal, state or federal level that are available in the municipality.

How to apply for the car rotation exemption?

Nurses, technicians and nursing assistants should contact Provincial Nursing Council of São Paulo (Coren-SP). In the next stage, new information will be requested.

In this period when the exemption is in effect (since January 19), only 27,383 of 177,008 Coren-SP nursing professionals have registered license plates for auto release.

However, according to the agency, the positive effects of the healthcare provided by these professionals as well as on their personal lives are significant, as the transition to their jobs has been facilitated.

For doctors, the application must be submitted by Regional Council of Medicine of the State of São Paulo (Creme-SP) It is also necessary to register the vehicle and the professional (in this link).

It is up to the relevant board to apply to Traffic Engineering Corporation (CET) Vehicle and driver data so that they are registered and a special permit is obtained to issue the municipal rotation.
