Bethesda Softworks and developer Tango Gameworks have announced an Arcade Challenge update for hifi rush, which adds two new game modes and new bonuses. The launch is scheduled for July 5th.

The new BPMS Burst mode challenges players to take on waves of enemies with continually increasing beats per minute (BPMs) as waves are defeated and new, stronger enemies appear.

The other mode is Arcade Tower, where players take on the Rhythm Tower challenge, unlocked upon first completion of the game, but this time with Buffs and Bugs between rounds: Buffs help boost Chai’s attributes and give him other benefits, but score a smaller multiplier. Bugs, on the other hand, boost the multiplier and bring the player closer to S rank.
The Arcade Challenge update also brings new special attacks for CNMN and Smidge, new challenges to receive, new stickers for photo mode, new shirts for Chai, full outfits for Korsica, new poses and filters for photo mode, and more.
hifi rush Available for PC and Xbox series. The game can also be accessed through Xbox Game Pass.
