Google Gmail contains time-saving news

Google Gmail is the most popular email client with many users and it strives to improve with every update. The latest novelty brings details that users will simply love.

Gmail now saves photos directly to Google Photos

As you can see in the examples, the next time you receive an email with pictures, you may be presented with a new ability to save that file. This is because there is now a direct integration with Google Photos.

So far, it is only possible to transfer the image to the device itself or to be forwarded to the Google Drive service. If you are, like me, a fan of Google Photos, this novelty is improving your user experience.

Practically speaking, you will now be able to save the image directly to Google Photos. This saves you time to download to the device first, then go to Google service.

At least for the time being, that novelty is still limited. Although it is the most popular format, Gmail still only allows you to transfer JPEG files to Google Photos. It is worth noting that this function is not limited to business clients.

It is a feature that reaches all types of users (personal accounts and company accounts). As always, it is released gradually, and you should wait a few days if it is not available in your account yet.

It should also be noted that, as of June 1, free storage for Google Photos will be limited to 15GB.
