Today’s summer festivals are much more than spaces to see great bands and artists. They are real platforms, and between July 6 and 8, on Passeio Marítimo de Algés, the great trends of the moment are paraded. If the can on the first day invaded For a pink world, on day two we couldn’t help noticing the shiny, translucent outfits that invaded Paseo Maritimo de Aljes.
This Friday, July 7, Linda Martini, Idles, Lizzo, Arctic Monkeys and Lil Nas X are the names that will be passing through Palco NOS. An eclectic assortment, just like the look we came across. And there’s no denying it: Day two visitors to NOS Alive came out looking pretty daring. Not afraid to take risks, many people who came to see the day parties chose transparent.
The felt heat called for cool clothing and there were those who took it seriously, with a thin layer of fabric and glitter under the skin. Indeed, transparencies are one of the great trends of recent times, having been featured in major national fashion events such as Portugal Fashion and Moda Lisboa, as well as the latest collections of major international brands.
For the origin of the parts, we have the best selling brand in this date: Most of the parts came from Shein. There are also Portuguese brands and vintage store items, and if you thought that only the female audience opted for this type of clothing, you’d be surprised – it’s a style that many men love too.
