Project Cloud Games Studios is preparing to release The Relic: The First Guardian, an action game set in a world threatened by an ancient evil, which recently received its own gameplay trailer. Come and see…

British publisher Perp Games (responsible for distributing Moss, among others) and studios Project Cloud Games, are working in partnership to publish The Relic: The First Guardian.

The game, which is in the final stages of development by Project Cloud Games, is an action RPG set in a gorgeous, dark world, and has now received a 5-minute trailer showing off its gameplay.

The Relic: The First Guardian (released early 2025) PEGI

The game takes place in Arsiltus, a once prosperous and vibrant kingdom. However, something happened and Arceltus now found himself surrounded by darkness and destruction. Darkness has engulfed the land, corrupting everything in its path.

This scenario of destruction and chaos was created after the Great Relic (a powerful magical item responsible for the balance of Arceltus) was destroyed. However, all is not lost, the pieces of the Great Artifact are scattered across the land, and it's a matter of finding them and returning the magical artifact to its form and saving the world.

In this context, the player enters the scene of this Action RPG, on an adventure to save Arsiltus from the darkness, wearing the skin of the Last Guardian (although the name of the game corresponds to the First Guardian), or in English, the Last Guardian, and with the requirement to find all parts of The great impact.

According to those responsible for the game, The Relic: The First Guardian offers exciting battle-based gameplay and with a huge collection of runes that provide very interesting tactical alternatives. Our character can develop in many ways, with this development being entirely under the players' control.

The world of Arsiltus is vast and the game encourages exploration, marveling at the chaos and destruction but also at the creativity the Project Cloud Games team invested in creating it.

It is up to the player to uncover the secrets of Arsiltus, collect all the pieces of the great relic and save the world from destruction and return it to prosperity and balance.

The Relic: The First Guardian will be released later this year for Playstation 5, Xbox Series
