Forte Store Group, a group of multi-brand stores in the fashion sector based in Braga, has distributed €80,000 to its 220 workers, it was announced today.

In a statement, the brand said it’s working to celebrate its “2022 Achievements” and is “a measure to reward and enhance the performance of the universe of 220 employees who, every day, take the company further.”

This company from Braga emphasizes “the ability to motivate and value its human resources, and to promote an environment of sharing, happiness and personal openness”.

“In 2022 focusing on facilitating and improving operations and also on bringing together the different hierarchical levels of the company, in a continuous promotion of dialogue, Forte Store fostered a proactive and dynamic mindset in problem-solving. The main objective was to enhance the business of innovation and growth, which is the goal that the company maintains As one of the most important events of the coming year.

Nuno Forte, CEO of the department store chain, says that this year has been a “great achievement” with a total of 51 stores, 220 employees and business growth of 26.94%.

“Forty Store promises greater achievements for the year 2023 and continuity in enhancing the happiness and satisfaction of all its employees,” he said.

The company was born in Meri de Tepaís, Braga, 15 years ago, by Nuno Forte, at that time an economics student with a supposed passion for the world of fashion. It began by opening stores in the surrounding areas, investing in shopping centers, and within a few years, the Forte Store chain had become a regular presence in the North’s consumer visual ensemble.
