Karl Lagerfeld Villas Marbella is the French brand’s latest project in Europe
National real estate developer Overseas makes its debut with branded residences, in this case associated with one of the most famous names in fashion
The famous Parisian fashion brand Karl Lagerfeld has partnered with Overseas, a national real estate development company, to develop a residential building in the heart of Lisbon, targeting the upscale customer segment. The project is located between Rua Castilho and Avenida da Liberdade, in the center of Rua Bramkamp, and will consist of 10 apartments, one and two floors, with a minimum area of 220 square meters and with distinctive features, such as a shared relaxation space in the garden and several private swimming pools.
To Expresso, Pedro Vicente, president of Overseas, highlights that Karl Lagerfeld sells “the concept and design that the brand will create in collaboration with the promoter.” The investment in building the proposal – a confidential sum – is “guaranteed by offshore-led investors.”
