Sarah Hutchinson, Vice President of International Marketing at eXp Realty®, has been recognised in the AI and Innovation Leaders category of Ragan’s Top Women in Marketing Class of 2026, highlighting her role in transforming the company’s international marketing operations through artificial intelligence and proprietary technology.
The recognition places Hutchinson alongside senior marketing executives from Microsoft Advertising, Schneider Electric and PCL Construction, acknowledging achievements that have delivered measurable business results while advancing innovation across the marketing profession.
Ragan Honours Marketing Leaders Driving Business Innovation
Ragan’s Top Women in Marketing Awards celebrate women who have demonstrated significant commercial impact and leadership within the marketing industry. The Class of 2026 was selected from nominations spanning multiple sectors, with the honourees officially recognised on 30 July 2026. A celebration luncheon is scheduled for 22 October 2026 at the Yale Club in New York City.
For eXp Realty, the recognition reflects the company’s increasing investment in AI-powered technology and digital transformation as it expands its international operations.
AI-Led Transformation Reshaped Global Marketing Infrastructure
International Website Network Rebuilt in One Quarter
Hutchinson oversees international marketing operations for eXp Realty across 26 countries and six continents, managing brand strategy, communications, digital infrastructure and events for a business operating as a single global brokerage rather than a franchise network.
One of her most significant achievements over the past year involved rebuilding the organisation’s network of 25 country-specific websites after an external supplier failed to deliver the project before a critical deadline.
Using AI-native development tools, Hutchinson taught herself AI-assisted coding and built the first website in approximately six hours before completing the wider international infrastructure within a single quarter.
According to the company, the internally developed platform replaced a project that would have required hundreds of thousands of dollars in upfront development costs, while also eliminating millions of dollars in potential long-term agency fees by ensuring the organisation retained full ownership of its digital infrastructure.
The work was completed by a marketing team considerably smaller than those typically supporting multinational organisations operating across a similar number of markets.
International Events Continue to Grow
Paris Conference Attracts Delegates from 25 Countries
Alongside the digital transformation programme, Hutchinson has overseen two consecutive editions of eXpcon International, the company’s global conference for international agents.
The most recent event, eXpcon Paris, attracted participants from 25 countries and recorded a 21% year-on-year increase in paid attendance, reflecting continued international growth.
The company also stated that Hutchinson has reduced reliance on external marketing agencies by replacing ongoing retainers with AI-powered tools managed internally. Significant parts of her daily workflow have also been automated using Claude, an artificial intelligence assistant.
Leadership Praises AI-Driven Innovation
Company Highlights Culture of Building Proprietary Technology
Felix Bravo, Managing Director of eXp Realty International, said Hutchinson’s work reflects the company’s broader philosophy of using artificial intelligence to create proprietary business tools rather than simply improving existing processes.
“At eXp International, we do not use AI as a shortcut. We use it to build things that did not exist before, platforms, tools, and infrastructure we own outright, tailored exactly to what our agents need. Sarah is the clearest example of that mindset on our team. She does not wait for a solution to appear. She builds it. That is the culture we are proud of, and she is a big part of why it exists.”
The company says this approach has enabled it to accelerate development while maintaining ownership of technology assets that support agents across multiple international markets.
Technology Expansion Continues Across eXp International
Hutchinson’s recognition comes as eXp Realty International continues expanding its portfolio of proprietary digital platforms.
Among the latest developments is LYVVE, a global property search platform currently operating across 28 countries, alongside Nexus, an integrated agent platform that remains in beta testing.
These investments form part of AGNT, Inc.’s wider strategy to strengthen technology capabilities across its portfolio of real estate and business services.
Recognition Reflects Growing Role of AI in Marketing
Hutchinson’s inclusion in Ragan’s Top Women in Marketing Class of 2026 highlights the growing influence of artificial intelligence in reshaping marketing operations at global organisations. As businesses increasingly adopt AI-driven tools to streamline workflows, reduce costs and build proprietary digital infrastructure, recognition of leaders driving measurable innovation is becoming an increasingly prominent feature of the marketing industry. For eXp Realty International, the award also underscores its ongoing commitment to combining technology with international business expansion.
