The project “MAIS – UÉ: Active Mind and Social and Emotional Intelligence in Higher Education” is one of the winners of the second edition of the FLAD/OPP Prize – Mental Health in Higher Education. The FLAD/OPP – Mental Health in Higher Education Program is the result of a partnership with the Portuguese Psychologists’ Association (OPP) and the High Patronage of the Presidency of the Republic, and aims to contribute to reducing the prevalence of mental health problems among college students’ students.
He explains that the main goal of this project is “to promote the psychological well-being, mental health and resilience of students at Évora University, through peer education, for mental health literacy and the promotion and dissemination of emotional regulatory strategies.” University of Évora.
