Applications are open for the sixth edition of the CTT Trainee Program 2023/2024, which aims to attract young talents in the early stages of their careers to CTT – Correios de Portugal.
With 20 vacancies open this year, the trainee program runs for 12 months – starting in September – and to select young graduates, their academic background will be suitable, in addition to their areas of training, preferably management, economics, communication, human resources, digital marketing, mathematics and engineering.
Trainees will go through three different sections, where they will be accompanied by a teacher for each course, a mentor throughout the program, who will facilitate communication, a friend (who will be a former trainee), and a talent management section, who will accompany you throughout the entire program.
In addition, a volunteer component is also foreseen, with two afternoons available every two weeks so that interns can collaborate with an organization of their choice. At the same time, in order to facilitate skills development, young people will participate in a project launched by the Strategy and Innovation Departments, which will eventually have to be presented to the CEO and other members of the Executive Committee.
