The British Foreign Secretary Liz Truss today announced a first set of sanctions against Belarus for its “role in the invasion of Ukraine”.
The ministry said in report.
“The Lukashenko regime is actively assisting and complicit in the invasion of Russia and will feel the economic consequences of supporting it. [ao presidente russo, Vladimir] Putin,” justifies the minister.
“There will be nowhere to hide. Nothing—and nobody—is out of the question.”
With these sanctions, visas will be barred from traveling to the UK, and their assets in the country will be frozen.
The announcement comes after yesterday’s Truss included Sofcombank, OtkirtyBank and VEB.RF Bank and a complete freeze of the assets of all Russian banks in British sanctions.
