Braga Hospital today celebrated World Sleep Day with the “SleepTalks 2.0” initiative, an event dedicated to promoting sleep health and sharing knowledge and advances in the field of sleep medicine.

The event, which was held in the hall of Braga Hospital, brought together experts from various medical fields and other health professionals, to discuss the latest developments, research and clinical methods related to sleep.
