Harry Kane is not in the Tottenham squad for their first Premier League game against Manchester City.
Kane, who is targeting Pep Guardiola’s team aggressively, and negotiations are underway, is neither in the eleven nor on the bench chosen by coach Nuno Espirito Santo.
Kane, who has been training on Friday in rehearsals since returning from vacation and after repeated absences, has already stated several times that he intends to leave.
“He has to work [na sua forma física depois de regressar tarde das férias]. “He needs to keep working so he’s ready to help the team, but he doesn’t need a lot of training,” Tottenham boss Nuno Espirito Santo told Sky Sports upon arriving on the field.
When asked if he would take part in the match, Nuno added: “He was working in the morning. I don’t know what you’re going to do. [agora]. »
