L’Equipe revealed, this Tuesday, the list of the highest paid coaches in Europe, and Diego Simeone, of Atletico Madrid, appears in the lead by a large margin over the competition.
According to the French newspaper, the Argentine coach earns about 3.3 million euros a month, while the second-placed Spanish Pep Guardiola, from Manchester City, is 1.89 million euros a month.
German Jurgen Klopp, from Liverpool, receives 1.89 million euros per month, like Italian Antonio Conte, from Tottenham.
And in France, Mauricio Pochettino, from Paris Saint-Germain, earns 1.1 million euros per month, and Christophe Galtier, from Nice, 350 thousand euros.
In Italy, Massimiliano Allegri (Juventus) is the outstanding captain, with a monthly salary of 1.17 million euros, followed by Jose Mourinho from Roma (770 thousand / month), and Simon Inzaghi from Inter: 620 thousand euros / month.
