Without a new one since 2015, alone in the dark Spent a long time in the horror franchises refrigerator, side by side the silent Hill and others. But the franchise is about to return victorious with another title, which won a trailer that is nothing short of horrifying.
Described as a “love letter” to the original games of the ’90s, the new game will have a completely original story, but using characters, settings, and themes from the first three titles. The production team will also include many of the names involved in classic games of the franchise.

The official summary of the game reads:
“Deep South in the 1920s, Emily Heartwood’s uncle has disappeared. She and private investigator Edward Carnby set out on a journey to Derceto Manor to uncover the secrets of the mysterious place and the circumstances of her relative’s disappearance. Encounter strange villagers, nightmarish worlds, and dangerous monsters, and discover a plot about a rising evil. At the intersection of reality, Mysterious madness awaits an adventure that will challenge your beliefs. Who do you trust? What do you believe? What will you do next?”
