Accenture today opened a new advanced technology center in Portugal, its third in the country and the first in Coimbra. The technology company wants to contribute to the creation of highly qualified and specialized jobs in technology fields.

In collaboration with local universities, including the University of Coimbra and the Polytechnic Institute of Coimbra, the new center will focus on developing and delivering a wide range of technology solutions across multiple platforms, as well as tailored solution development services. We deliver cloud services to customers around the world, using agile methodologies, automation capabilities, and innovative models.

“The new Accenture Advanced Technology Center will create highly qualified and specialized technology jobs, reinforcing our commitment to exporting value-added services from Portugal to the world,” explains Susana Mata, Managing Director and Head of Accenture. Technology centers in Portugal.

During 2023, Accenture is hiring a broad range of professionals with strong skills in systems integration and software development based on Java, Salesforce, SAP, Google, Workday, low-end programming and others.

“With a focus on cutting-edge technologies and platforms, the new Advanced Technology Center (ATC) in Coimbra will allow us to stimulate growth and innovation for our clients. Accenture has a long history of collaboration with the Portuguese technology and business ecosystem, but also with local universities and technical schools that actively contribute to the development Technology talent: “The Coimbra ATC will support our clients’ reinvention strategies, helping them create greater value in their organizations,” says Manuela Vaz, President of Accenture Portugal.
