“Judge the Zipper’, that’s what this alleged judge calls it with over 83,000 followers on Twitter, where he wrote a controversial post about his 12-year-old daughter having a cell phone.

“I expect my 12-year-old daughter to be able to fulfill her purpose (having a cell phone, it can still be seen) and due to her compliance with the rules (and thankfully) my wife and I have this contract of adhesion, totally Leonen,” the judge wrote on 8 mayo.

A day later he wrote that the contract would be subject to changes regarding private photos and conversations with strangers.

The message was widely disseminated in Spain – more than 3,600 retweets, 3,800 tweets and 23,000 likes were cited as proof of this.

This judge from Malaga is a regular user of Twitter, where he remains anonymous, and under the pseudonym “Judge The Zipper” shares legal advice with his followers. The strategy has been used by other state judges (LadyCrocs, Angryjuez, and Seren_juez are other examples).

Here is the list:

1 – The phone is not yours, it is the father and mother who buy it and pay for the Internet.

2 – So at any time we can ask you for your phone number and see what is in any application. And we have to know the passwords.

3 – Social networking applications can only be installed with our permission and on the terms we have specified, among which the joint use of the account may be included.

4 – Use is limited to the agreed hours.

5 – You cannot forward messages you receive to other friends that are offensive to other children, in bad taste, or from embarrassing people. Anyway, if you get any of these messages, you should let us know.

6 – The phone cannot be taken to school.

7 – Do not use the phone on the table during breakfast, lunch or dinner.

8 – the phone outside the room at night. To wake up, you can use the alarm clock.

9 – These rules apply to other devices.

10 – Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in a temporary suspension of phone use. Continued non-compliance will result in the phone being permanently suspended.
