In the United Kingdom, one company has created an invisibility cloak, in the best Harry Potter style. It acts as a shield and is able to hide people in broad daylight, just like a magician does in the movies. But it's not magic. What the shield does is divert light from an object using a series of special lenses and an optical illusion that makes people not see what is behind it.
