“Banco Português de Fomento (BPF) must strongly strengthen its human resources,” says Chairman of the Board of Directors, Celeste Hagatong.
As of August, this publicly-capitalized financial company began launching competitions for this purpose, as soon as it obtained dual approval of the 2023-2025 plan and budget by the economic and financial authorities in the last days of July. “Only then were the conditions met to start recruitment,” Hagatong explains.
