Music would have been the perfect choice had it not been for the prom queen, Sarah Mindenhall, to move in a wheelchair.
The video of the moment, posted on TikTok on Thursday, has already racked up 16 million views.
“I was going to leave her [a festa] crying. What an embarrassing moment,” one netizen wrote.
However, this was not the reaction of the young woman who had already come to give her opinion of what had happened. “I had a great night and laughed a lot the next day,” Michelle says, noting that at the moment she doesn’t even realize the lyrics and that the DJ is one of her “best friends.”
“Please stop this hate,” he wrote.
