The influenza vaccination campaign is extended to the villagers from the age of 6 months

The Municipal Health Department informs that the national influenza vaccination campaign is open to all residents of São Pedro da Aldea over the age of 6 months, in accordance with the decisions of the Ministry of Health. The doses are applied on regular days in the municipal health units, from 8 am to 3 pm. It is necessary to present the SUS or CPF card and the vaccination booklet.

The aim of the campaign is to combat and prevent influenza, an acute respiratory viral infection that is highly contagious. Vaccination prevents the emergence of complications resulting from disease and deaths and their repercussions on health services, in addition to the possibility of reducing symptoms that may be confused with the symptoms of Covid-19.
