According to Reuters, U.S. and British military personnel confirmed on Thursday that they would launch strikes against Houthi targets in Yemen as part of efforts to prevent the militant group from further disrupting shipping in the Red Sea.

At least 14 people have been killed and around 30 injured in recent hours as a result of fresh airstrikes by US and UK aircraft against Houthi rebel positions in Yemen.
