Alexandra Reis, a former director of TAP, admits that she felt uncomfortable hiring new directors for the company, under Christine Ormeyer-Widener, because they were expensive, and most of them were foreigners.

Christine Ormeyer-Widener came to the presidency without a team, and with an executive committee already selected. A few months later, it was reported that he was hiring new directors and consultants for TAP that included people he was close to.
The former director of TAP had already admitted that she expressed her discomfort with the new appointment of directors that boss Christine Ormeyer-Widner was making, especially given that after the restructuring plan, many workers left. Many foreigners were employed.
