Samsung today announced a new luxury and elegant version of its Galaxy Z Flip4 foldable phone.
Samsung has teamed up with Maison Margiela to design the new Galaxy Z Flip4 Maison Margiela Edition, which is the ideal choice for users who love to walk in style.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 gets a new high-fashion edition
Samsung and French high-fashion brand Maison Margiela have teamed up and the result is a new foldable Galaxy Z Flip4 that’s trendy, but with all of its recognizable high-tech attributes.
According to both brands, the new Galaxy Z Flip4 Maison Margiela Edition has been developed “for those who want to celebrate their privacy”. This new variant, by the way, being a limited edition, is effectively a hymn to individuality.
The new Special Edition model features a design inspired by the values of the French fashion brand. For those who get distracted by fashion affairs, Maison Margiela is a luxury brand based in Paris, one of the most important capitals of the fashion world.
Thus, the Galaxy Z Flip4 gains new covers, one in leather and one in Bianchetto that has the gray pattern with Maison Margiela stamped.
Samsung explained in a statement that it has also adopted “a ‘décortiqué’ technology, by Maison Margiela, which removes the outer layers of an object to reveal its essence, delivering thin, transparent lines that translate into the phone’s internal circuits.”
The new version of Flip4 also has a new UX design, which includes illustrations and background icons, as it was designed specifically for this special edition.
Brush art is designed using advanced 3D modeling technology to capture the texture of a coarse brush stroke. The inverted station also captures the sweeping motion of X-rays to create a translucent appearance.
At the moment, the new version of the Galaxy Z Flip4 Maison Margiela will only be available in select markets, namely in China, France and South Korea from December 1, the brand has not specified the cost.
