Russia will lend $ 500 million to neighboring Belarus (about 410 million euros) as the European Union and the United States prepare to impose sanctions on Alexander Lukashenko’s regime, after the Ryanair was hijacked to arrest an opponent of the plane. The Belarusian system, Financial Times reports.
