With the recent announcement of the release date for The Indigo Disk DLC, Nintendo has released a new trailer for Pokemon Scarlet/Purple. At approximately three and a half minutes, the video showcases the base game and an overview of The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC.
Pokémon Scarlet/Violet is the latest game in the Pocket Monsters RPG series. In the title, we can explore the Paldea region as one of the students of a famous school in a “treasure hunt” mission divided into three story arcs.
To expand the narrative and explorable areas, there are two downloadable content (DLC) collectively called “Area Zero’s Hidden Treasure”. The first, The Teal Mask, has been available since September 13th. We explore Kitakami, an area inspired by Japanese cultural elements.
The second part is The Indigo Disk, which will be released on December 14. It takes the player to Blueberry Academy, a school focused on Pokemon battles whose main building is located in the middle of the ocean. In addition to exploring the different biomes within the area known as the Terrarium, the player will have to face different challenges and powerful fighters from the Blueberry BB League. The legendary Pokémon Terapagos is also a staple of this part of the DLC.
