Netflix is looking for players in Portugal for the new Squid Game: The Challenge

As in the original series, 456 players will compete to win the piggy bank worth more than €4 million.

The first season finale aired on December 6th.

The final episode of Squid Game: The Challenge aired on Wednesday, December 6, but production won’t stop there. Netflix has renewed production for a second season and has already opened registration for 456 players coming from all over the world looking to claim a prize worth over four million euros. Participants will compete in games inspired by the original Korean series, as well as some surprising new competitions.

The losers of each round in this terrifying game of survival are executed, until there is only one winner left who takes the entire piggy bank home. Before the release of this reality show, the original fantasy series was also renewed for a second season on Netflix, but currently little is known about the story.

Currently, registration for the new competition has opened and everyone can participate. Just access location Choose which part of the world you are applying from. If you are from Portugal, select “Global Casting” and follow all the steps shown.

The application process is simple. You start by filling out a form with your personal data and then you have to submit a video in landscape format, maximum one minute long, in which you have to explain why you are a good competitor for the series. Several photographs are also required, “no hats or sunglasses, please.”

Against all expectations, Squid Game quickly became the most watched non-English language series on Netflix. Just 28 days after its launch, it has already achieved more than 1.6 billion hours of viewing.
