Nalytics eDiscovery is positioned as the core search and discovery engine for analyzing large document sets. It is designed to help legal, compliance, and corporate teams find relevant information efficiently and extract insights from complex text-based records.
Nalytics SARS (Subject Access Requests) targets organizations responding to data access requests under GDPR. The company notes that SARs must be completed within 30 days and can carry significant penalties if not fulfilled. Nalanda says the platform can speed up SAR responses by removing duplicates, converting files to PDF format, and automatically redacting sensitive or confidential information such as third-party names that may be missed through manual review.
Nalytics Preserve is designed for organizations retiring old software systems but needing long-term access to legacy data. Nalanda says this includes both structured records and unstructured content such as emails, attachments, documents, and metadata. The company notes that in many cases, organizations may need to retain this information for up to 70 years. Preserve is intended to index large volumes of historical data and provide ongoing access through Nalytics search tools, while working alongside existing content management systems.
Document comparison for commercial property compliance
Nalanda also offers Nalytics Land Registry Compare (LRC), aimed at notaries and legal professionals working in commercial property transactions. The company says notaries often need to compare Land Registry extracts against mortgage documentation to ensure compliance and meet money laundering requirements—work that can involve reviewing hundreds of documents manually.
Nalanda says its LRC system automates this process by comparing documents against Land Registry records and producing reports identifying anomalies or mismatches, reducing time and lowering the risk of human error.
Search and redact tools for privacy and compliance
The company also promotes Nalytics Search & Redact, a cloud-based solution designed to redact personally identifiable information and other sensitive content. Nalanda says this tool supports redaction across Word and Excel files, emails, attachments, PDFs, text files, and even images and scanned documents. The platform includes tagging and annotation functions to support follow-up and review workflows.
