Artificial intelligence is the topic that currently characterizes technology news, that is, those that refer to the OpenAI ChatGPT system. However, the other side of the coin raises some concerns, as according to recent data, many companies have already replaced workers with AI.

Companies exchange employees in ChatGPT

In recent days, we have been talking regularly about the ChatGPT system, which has become popular among all users who have tried it and even used it for work tasks. This is an artificial intelligence system, a concept that is currently in vogue and will continue to be in the coming years, and many of the most important names in the technological world are already implementing it in their services, or creating their own.

However, there is a big "but" to the popularity and capabilities of this OpenAI system, as recent information indicates that many companies are already replacing workers with ChatGPT.

A recent survey of Resumebuilder.com They analyzed more than 1,000 business leaders and the results showed that nearly half of their companies have already implemented the intelligent chatbot to perform various tasks. The details indicate that among the tasks that ChatGPT is used to perform in companies are the following:

  • 66% use it to write programming code
  • 58% use it to write and create content
  • 57% use it for customer service
  • 52% use it for abstracts and documents meetings

Specifically regarding the recruitment process, the smart system is also used to:

  • 77% for writing job descriptions
  • 66% for writing interview requests
  • 65% respond to interview requests

The survey also surveyed entrepreneurs about satisfaction with this system and the results indicate that 55% consider ChatGPT to do an excellent job, while 34% consider it very good. In addition, 48% of entrepreneurs also added that they saved more than $50,000 with this change and 11% said they saved more than $100,000.

Stacy Haller, Resumebuilder Consultant and Senior Recruitment Consultant, said,As this new technology takes hold in the workplace, employees need to consider how it will affect their current job responsibilities. The results of this survey show that employers are seeking to simplify some of their work responsibilities through the use of ChatGPT".

Therefore, most business people are given up on the intelligent system. It is expected that this trend of integrating ChatGPT into enterprises will be a trend in the future.
